TELLURIDE LODGE
The Telluride Lodge's in-town
location covering a 5-acre block near the west
end of historic Telluride makes it convenient
to shopping, restaurants, skiing and snowboarding,
festivals, and more. You’ll find picnic tables
and BBQ grills in the open spaces surrounding
the three wings of condos, and two common indoor
hot tubs around the corner from the on-site
office. Other property amenities include on-site
laundry, (though many condos have their own
washer/dryer), grocery/deli, a private parking
lot, and a stop for the complimentary town shuttle.

The Telluride Lodge complex and
nearby In-Town Condos and Townhomes
offer a comfortable situation for Winter Sports &
Ski Clubs, Weddings and Family Reunions, Cycling Clubs,
and Groups of all
sorts. Combinations of large studio/1-bedroom,
2-bedroom,
and 3-bedroom
condos provide a variety of bed and bath configurations.
Telluride Alpine Lodging manages 45 different condominiums to
choose from, all within steps of Telluride Ski Area’s
Chair 7 (Coonskin Lift) or on the free town shuttle
route.
Each condo is privately owned and furnished, and offers its own distinct character. The specific unit descriptions detail the exact amenities of each.
All condos have:
- Full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, glassware and flatware
- Cable TV with VCR and/or DVD player
- Direct phone and answering machine
- Irons with ironing boards
- Hairdryers
Your stay includes housekeeping visits every other day, with on-site Telluride Alpine Lodging staff available to accommodate all your immediate needs.

maintained but not recently remodeled.
$$ - Select These have an inviting, pleasing decor, with updated furnishings and partial or full remodeling in the past 6-8 years. Extras typically include stereo, washer/dryer.
$$$ - Premier These properties are new or have been recently remodeled. The finishes, fixtures, and appliances reflect a higher level of luxury and more consistent style. The overall condition of the accommodations is considered excellent. Extras typically include jetted tub, steam shower, TVs in bedrooms, additional electronics.
DIRECTIONS TO TELLURIDE LODGE (click here for a map - see #1)
Drive towards the town of Telluride on Highway 145.
BEFORE you actually enter town, the FIRST street on
your right is Mahoney. Turn right onto Mahoney. Drive
down Mahoney until you reach Pacific Street just before
the bridge. Turn left onto Pacific. Continue down
Pacific Street approximately one block. On the left
hand side of the road you will see a parking lot and
sign for Telluride Lodge. Turn left onto Tomboy Street
(the first street on the left) and immediately turn
left again into the Telluride Lodge parking area.
Drive into the parking area where you will see an
office sign - this is your check in area.
